JAX guarantee
Jax Salon + Spa strives to provide the highest quality salon and spa services. AVEDA products are exclusively used in all hair services; we combine the use of AVEDA spa products with high-performing, natural professional products in our spa. To help preserve the longevity of your service, we highly recommend our guests regularly use AVEDA products at home. The full AVEDA product line is sold at Jax Salon + Spa.

All JAX services are guaranteed within one week of service. The JAX Team wants every guest to feel pampered, confident and beautiful after every service. If, for any reason, a guest is unhappy with a service provided, please contact us as soon as possible; we rarely receive complaints on services, but if we do, we will make every effort to correct the issue to the satisfaction of our guests.

appointments
Jax Salon + Spa highly recommends scheduling your appointment two weeks in advance or pre-booking your next appointment to guarantee preferred day and time. If your preferred day and time is not available, we do offer the opportunity to be placed on a waitlist if an appointment becomes available.

In between haircuts, your stylists provides a complimentary bang trim and a neck clean-up at no additional charge. These services are normally available the same day as desired; please give the salon a call for minimal wait time.

late arrivals + cancellations
All salon and spa appointments are confirmed with the guest via phone and email 48-hours prior to the scheduled appointment. We kindly ask guests to provide at least 24-hours cancellation notice to allow the service provider the opportunity to fill the empty appointment and accommodate guests on the waitlist.

Jax Salon + Spa believes in the value of each guest’s time and makes every effort to keep all appointments running on time. We appreciate when guests notify us they are running late; we will make every effort to accommodate guests in those circumstances. Unfortunately, if guests are more than 15 minutes late, there may be times where rescheduling is unavoidable based on the service provider’s following schedule.

Guests who miss three appointments without proper cancellation may be unable to schedule future appointments and may only be considered for same day services based on availability.

product returns
Jax Salon + Spa is confident in the high-powered, plant-derived AVEDA product line. Made with organic and natural pure flower and plant ingredients, AVEDA products are proven to have powerful results, all while protecting and preserving our environment. With a properly customized product regimen, AVEDA products provide every guest the opportunity to maintain their salon look and spa experience at home in between professional salon and spa experiences.

We recommend all guests use their new product(s) consistently for two weeks for best results. If the guest is not fully satisfied with the product results, we would love to exchange the purchased product for a better product that will better meet the guest’s needs. Please exchange any product if you have an adverse reaction. If you would prefer to apply the product exchange to a salon or spa service, we are happy to put the balance on a gift card for future services.

children
Jax Salon + Spa is a professional, adult environment that has sharp scissors, razors, chemicals and hot styling tools. Children who visit the salon during their parents’ appointments or children who are unattended in the waiting area pose a safety issue. For your child’s safety, we kindly ask parents visit the salon and spa without their children unless the child has an appointment. If something were to happen to your child, it would not only be devastating to you and your family, it would be equally as devastating to us. Guests who do not abide by this policy may be asked to reschedule their appointment.

Jax Salon + Spa does not offer child specific salon or spa services. If your child is to receive a hair service, the stylist kindly asks the child calmly sit still for an hour in order to perform a quality service. Children over the age of 5 are welcome to receive manicures with adult supervision. However, our pedicure bowls unfortunately cannot accommodate small children. Please contact our Guest Relations team if you have any questions about our children policy.

gratuity
Our service providers gratefully accept, but do not expect, gratuities.

Jax Salon + Spa accepts MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express.

returned checks
In addition to the original amount of the check, a returned check will result in a $25.00 service charge. Guests with a returned check on file must be paid in full prior to new services being provided.

gift cards
Gift cards are available for purchase online, in the salon or over the phone. All gift cards are non-refundable and non- transferable.

We greatly appreciate your cooperation in providing us with your contact information. We do not use our guest database for anything other than salon communications, nor do we sell our database to third parties.
