Appointments

JAX Luxury Salon highly recommends scheduling your appointment two weeks in advance or pre-booking your next appointment to guarantee preferred day and time. If your preferred day and time is not available, we do offer the opportunity to be placed on a waitlist if an appointment becomes available.

In between haircuts, your stylists provide a complimentary bang trim and a neck clean-up at no additional charge. These services are normally available the same day as desired; please give the salon a call for minimal wait time.

Late Arrivals + Cancellations

All salon and spa appointments are confirmed with the guest via phone and email 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. We kindly ask guests to provide at least 24 hours cancellation notice to allow the service provider the opportunity to fill the empty appointment and accommodate guests on the waitlist.

JAX Luxury Salon believes in the value of each guest’s time and makes every effort to keep all appointments running on time. We appreciate when guests notify us they are running late; we will make every effort to accommodate guests in those circumstances. Unfortunately, if guests are more than 15 minutes late, there may be times where rescheduling is unavoidable based on the service provider’s following schedule.

Guests who miss three appointments without proper cancellation may be unable to schedule future appointments and may only be considered for same-day services based on availability.
